Quick Help

1. AI Early Workout: Requires Always Allow location. Enable in iOS Settings → Wedo Alarm → Location → Always. Toggle in app: Me → Settings.
2. Wake-Up Missions: Set in Alarm → Change Wake Up → Mission (Shake, Memory, Math, Barcode).
3. Alarm not sounding: Check volume, Silent/Focus/Do Not Disturb, and ensure the device is not muted. Keep Wedo Alarm updated.

Please include: app version, iPhone model, iOS version, steps to reproduce, and screenshots/screen recording if possible.

FAQ

Does Wedo Alarm track me?

No. We do not track users. Background location (Significant Location Change or a low-frequency strategy) is used only to refresh city/weather for Premium users who explicitly grant “Always Allow”. You can turn this off anytime in Settings.

Refunds

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com.
